SUCCESSFUL WFZC TRAINING COURSE & STUDY TOUR TO SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES IN POLAND
Visits to M-Logistics in Katowice (photo) and Gillette in Lodz were highlights of this four day programme during which participants visited two SEZs. These two state-of-the-art facilities much impressed the visiting delegates from South America, several African countries and Georgia. They were joined by a number of participants from Poland.
Jacob Dencik from IBM-PLI, Brussels led the two days of seminar on Developing and Marketing Zones based on Understanding of Investor Decision Making and representatives from Katowice and Lodz Special Economic Zones made presentations and joined the discussion to talk about incentives, best practice and other topical issues.
WFZC would like to extend their thanks to Deloitte's Krakow, Katowice, Lodz, Poznan and Warsaw offices for their excellent administrative support and additional speaker content. It is hoped to hold more events of this nature in other countries in the future.
