Discounts

Earlybird All registrations received and for which funds are received by a specified date will be entitled to a 10% discount on the amounts to be paid

Special Fees A 20% discount is offered to all Government Officials

Delegations Further discounts are available to delegations. Please check with the organisers for more information


ON RECEIPT OF YOUR REGISTRATION WE WILL FORWARD OUR INVOICE FOR PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER. FEES ARE PAYABLE ON RECEIPT OF INVOICE - THE ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

Please contact us before the event if for any reason you have not received written acknowledgment of your registration, details of the Conference Venue and any hotel reservations and your invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing 21 days prior to the event and will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee unless a substitute delegate is nominated. If less than 21 days notice is given no refunds will be available, however substitutions will still be accepted. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the content and timing of the programme, or any other aspect of the event, when unavoidable. Our liability in the unlikely event of a cancellation will be limited to a refund of the full conference fee.
