Branding & Sponsorship of WFZC events is a proven way of reaching out to the Free Zone community
those involved in the development and operation of zones as well as companies, manufacturing and services, that move to zones.
Branding and Sponsorship are fundamental to the key elements of marketing to zones: Attraction, Affirmation and Aftercare/Retention.
WZFC offers those involved with zone promotion the opportunity to work closely together to bring a worldwide audience to specific events: governments (ministries and IPAs), national and regional zone authorities and zone operators, strategic and location consultants and professionals including accountants, lawyers, human resource specialists, etc.)
Branding and sponsorship go hand in hand and can either be spread over a number of events/years or specific to one event. Our influential Media and Information Partners ensure maximum coverage for all those who wish to add to the success of the Conventions by raising their own profile through Sponsorship or Exhibiting.
At the annual Conventions an Exhibition of 10-12 stands is usually arranged – a Gold Sponsor could expect the following:
Speaker on the Platform
A Gold Sponsor has the right to be a main speaker during a suitable point in the Conference Programme. He or she can either make a presentation on a relevant subject or be agreed or present a case study.
A Gold Sponsor is entitled to stand space of 3 x 3 sq.m in an eye-catching position in the Exhibition Hall on a complimentary basis, either self-built or using our stand construction service for shell schemes. Smaller stands/table top displays are available for other sponsors and media partners.
Complimentary Delegate Registration
As a Gold Sponsor you will be given the right for additional delegates to attend the International Conference free of charge. The nominations for a number to be agreed should be received no later than 14 days before the start of the Convention.
